How to Apply: Call and ask for an Intake appointment. Must have a referral and complete enrollment for client services. Outreach and prevention programs can be provided following contact with the agency.

Support: Government contracts, foundation grants, churches, donations, and contributions.

Services: Faith-based, multicultural, non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization providing programs to meet the practical, emotional, and spiritual needs for a person with HIV/AIDS, their families, friends, and caregivers and HIV prevention programs for individuals, groups, and communities. Provides 10 different programs: Outreach (with a specific initiative called Manos Unidas [for the Latino community and the African American Health Coalition [for African American community]; HIV Prevention Education; Outreach and Prevention Services for Minority Women, Comprehensive Risk Counseling and Service; Spanish Language Interpretation and Translation; Transportation Program (van rides, DART bus passes, and taxi rides); Congregate Meals Program; Adult Day Center with Stabilization Services (the Daire Center); Volunteer Program (a range of service opportunities from direct interactions with clients [buddy/companion services] to assisting on-site at the agency to helping with events and fundraising activities); and Pastoral Service (range of opportunities includes Chaplain services, connection to churches or faith groups or denominations, HIV education in and/or to the faith community, interfaith education, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising activities). Also offers enrollment into agency services and connects with the case management system.
