Services: Emergency assistance for food, clothing, rent, utilities, job referral, counseling, and liaison services to economically disadvantaged persons. Youth offender program provides individual and family counseling, crisis intervention; tutoring; remedial education; GED; job readiness and placement; restitution; drug workshops; recreation and liaison services. ETIces and prescription payments for the elderly and disabled. TB Clinic via County Health Dept. on 3rd Friday of the month, 2pm-5pm. Quarterly health fair.

How to Apply: Clients referred by TDHS, churches, and other agencies; walk-in. Applicants must have a picture ID, social security card, and proof of income
