History
Dallas Renal Group was founded in 2005 by Drs. Yogi Chimata and Suresh Margassery. Through hard work, patience and perseverance, both providers grew the practice by opening up several locations in the Dallas Metroplex. The most important goal for DRG was to be able to provide access to care at a time and location that is convenient to the patient. By reinvesting in the company, the Physicians at DRG improved quality and access to care through innovation, research and leadership. Through excellence in providing accessible and excellent personalized patient care, DRG has now grown into a leading Kidney Care provider in the DFW Metroplex and even in Southern Oklahoma with over 42 nephrologists, including transplant nephrologists, interventional nephrologists and field experts in the areas of acute kidney injury, hypertension, glomerular disease, dialysis and mineral metabolism. DRG now serves multiple locations in the Dallas Metroplex area including having a dedicated vascular centre as well as a location in Lawton, OK.
