From a conversation I had with my dad on a road trip in the middle of the night, a spark for personal development was born. Dad shared with me that he and my Grandad had had a terrible relationship. My dad shared that by the time he’d developed enough emotional intelligence to understand that he was part of the problem, grandad was gone. He was never able to work on that relationship. He committed to me that he wanted to change the cycle with my brother and me I. I’d love to say that the change was immediate and dramatic but, it was not. It has been an ongoing process that is still ongoing. Allow me to come along beside you as a fellow traveler and change the reality for your next generation.
