Pastor Rickey McElroy is a dedicated minister, mentor, and advocate for holistic recovery and community restoration. He currently serves as a pastor at the Recovery House of Worship in DeSoto, Texas, where he leads with compassion, purpose, and a heart for the underserved.

Deeply embedded in the recovery and outreach space, Pastor McElroy serves on the board of Overcomers Outreach of Cedar Hill, and is an active contributor to Men with a Purpose and Community H.E.R.E. His work regularly extends to fundraising, food distribution, and coat drives to serve the unhoused population throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

With a background in life coaching and Celebrate Recovery, Pastor McElroy brings practical wisdom and spiritual insight to every endeavor. He has previously served on the Finance Committee for Community Baptist Church, and remains committed to using both faith and strategy to help individuals and families rebuild their lives.
