CCRC Volunteer Terms & Agreement

1. Eligibility: Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age unless part of an approved youth program. Those under 18 require parental consent.

2. Conduct & Expectations: Volunteers agree to treat all individuals with respect, follow staff instructions, arrive on time, and represent CCRC positively at all times.

3. Confidentiality: Volunteers may have access to sensitive information and agree to keep all such information strictly confidential.

4. Safety & Liability: Volunteering is at your own risk. CCRC is not liable for injuries or losses unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Background Screening: Certain roles require background checks. Volunteers must comply if requested.

6. Media Consent: By volunteering, you grant permission for CCRC to use your image, name, and voice in media unless you opt out in writing.

7. Termination of Service: CCRC reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s service at any time. Volunteers may also resign at any time.

8. Agreement: Submitting this application confirms your understanding and agreement to the above terms. You acknowledge your service is voluntary and unpaid.
