For over 30 years, Dr. Glen D. Jones has been a transformative leader in ministry, leadership development, and global outreach—restoring hope through both traditional pastoral care and bold, non-traditional avenues of service. As a pastor, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist, Dr. Jones has dedicated his life to meeting people where they are, empowering them to rise in faith, purpose, and leadership.

His leadership has shaped the infrastructure of mega ministries, where he has:

• Directed training for over 200 ministers

• Developed a 24/7 faith-based counseling center

• Supervised 25+ licensed counselors

• Founded an accredited school of ministry

• Moderated numerous church networks across regions

Dr. Jones has also served in ambassadorial and diplomatic capacities and partnered with key national organizations—including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the CDC, and the U.S. Department of Education—to host globally respected faith-based conferences and initiatives.

He is the CEO/President of The Muse Consultant Group LLC and Co-Founder of iLead Global, a leadership and entrepreneurial development organization providing coaching and training across sectors. He is also the founder of Restoration of Hope World Ministries, a nonprofit evangelical ministry focused on outreach and service, and previously led global initiatives with Global Destiny Ministries, overseeing leadership development and pastoral care worldwide.
