Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas, Inc. (HVSD) is dedicated to improving the lives of homeless or at imminent risk veterans of losing permanent housing, and their families. Our goal is to help alleviate the problem of homelessness among our veterans and their families by assisting with transitional and permanent housing.

The Veterans Transition and Resource Center – Provides a first point of contact for Veterans needing to:
– Connect to nonprofit
– Education and VA resources
– Computer lab
– Employment services
– Veteran Service Officers to assist with filing for VA benefits
– Meals
– Access to showers
– Laundry facilities
– Clothing
– Hygiene kits and haircuts
– Bus passes
